- We provide reasonable protection to surrounding plants
- We remove and dispose of your existing roof materials
- We inspect your roof decking and replace any rotted wood or warped boards
- We de-nail under your roof decking to prevent old nails from causing pops and leaks
- We install ice and water shields
- We install upgraded underlayment on your remaining roof deck
- We install new metal vents and ridge vent
- We replace all plumbing stacks and vents for bathrooms and kitchens
- We install drip edges and gutter aprons as needed
- We install new dormer and step flashing as needed
- We install custom chimney flashings are needed
- We reset your satellite dish (assistance may be required by your satellite company)
