Slate roofs have an 80- to 90-year life expectancy, if well-maintained. That's why we offer free annual roof inspections to assess damaged, dislodged, or missing slate and tile materials. We inspect valley metal, chimney metal, and wall flashings as well as protect your roof's underlayment from UV rays, small animals, and extreme weather.
