  • We provide reasonable protection to surrounding plants
  • We remove and dispose of your existing roof materials
  • We inspect your roof decking and replace any rotted wood or warped boards
  • We de-nail under your roof decking to prevent old nails from causing pops and leaks
  • We install ice and water shields
  • We install upgraded underlayment on your remaining roof deck
  • We install new metal vents and ridge vent
  • We replace all plumbing stacks and vents for bathrooms and kitchens
  • We install drip edges and gutter aprons as needed
  • We install new dormer and step flashing as needed
  • We install custom chimney flashings are needed
  • We reset your satellite dish (assistance may be required by your satellite company)
